Helllllooo! I’m so glad you’re here. If you’ve ever felt overwhelmed by conflicting nutrition advice, struggled with your relationship with food, or wanted to support your health without dieting, you’re in the right place. On Beet with Kristin is a space dedicated to helping you reconnect with your body’s wisdom, nourish yourself without restriction, and embrace a non-diet approach to well-being. Think of it as your cozy corner of the internet where food isn’t the enemy, and kale and cookies can peacefully coexist.
Who I Am & My Approach
I’m Kristin, a registered dietitian who spent wayyy too much time in school studying nutrition (seriously, I miss my student discount) so that I can help you build confidence in your food choices, and kick food guilt to the curb. I truly am passionate about supporting people on their unique nutrition journeys. Whether you’re navigating chronic illness, recovering from an eating disorder, or simply seeking a more peaceful relationship with food, my approach centers on intuitive eating, food freedom, and evidence-based nutrition. I believe that health is personal and that true nourishment comes from listening to your body, not external rules or diet culture.

Recipes—delicious, satisfying meals that celebrate food freedom. I LOVE to cook and I can’t wait to share some of my favorite recipes.
Myth-busting and education—cutting through nutrition misinformation with science-backed guidance. And no… I will not promote an overpriced green powder that will ~magically change your life~
My goal is to provide a shame-free, supportive space where you can explore nutrition in a way that truly works for you—no judgment, no fads, and absolutely no celery juice cleanses required.
Why “On Beet with Kristin”?
The name On Beet with Kristin is a playful nod to both rhythm and nourishment. Being “on beat” means being in sync with your body’s needs, listening to your inner wisdom, and embracing food as a source of joy. And of course, beets are a vibrant, grounding food that symbolize the nourishment and connection I hope to foster here. Plus, let’s be honest—food puns make everything better.
