Hi, I’m Kristin!
A Registered Dietitian at Second Breakfast Nutrition in Charlotte, NC. Through the incredible community and approach at Second Breakfast Nutrition, I help individuals navigate intuitive eating, eating disorder recovery, and nutrition for conditions with compassion and care. My approach to nutrition is rooted in the principles of intuitive eating and a somatic framework, with a focus on embodiment as the key to holding a peaceful and nourishing relationship with food. I truly believe that our bodies hold the wisdom we need to heal our relationship with food, and I’m here to support you on that journey. I’m passionate about supporting individuals in moving away from diet culture and cultivating a healthier, more balanced lifestyle.
I earned my undergraduate and graduate degrees in and around Philadelphia, PA, where I was raised. It was during my time in Philly that my interest in the deeper connections between food, body, and mind was sparked. This journey ultimately led me to discover intuitive eating and somatic practices, and finding my way to Second Breakfast Nutrition was the turning point that allowed me to fully embrace and love my career.
When I’m not helping clients, you’ll probably find me in the kitchen, creating meals that are both nourishing and enjoyable. Cooking is one of my greatest passions, and I love experimenting with recipes that bring joy and satisfaction to the table!
I also share my home with Wallace, my dachshund, who fills my life with love, laughter, and plenty of playful moments. He’s truly the light of my world and a reminder to savor life’s little joys.
I’d love to help you on your journey to finding peace with food and your body. Let’s work together to embrace nourishment in a way that feels good to you.
